The flight is approximately 35 minutes long. There are also direct flights to/from other islands. Santorini Airport can accommodate jetliners, thus enabling direct flights from many European countries. Santorini may also be reached by a rich variety of high speed ferries and ferryboats from the port of Piraeus. Ferry sailing times are 8 hours.
